The website does not host scraped or embedded material and does not accept content from anonymous or unverified sources. Standard member accounts do not include upload or publishing rights. Members pay a subscription for access to the premium content library, and may purchase tokens for individual content or tips.

Smoking Fetish Hub assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites and will not be liable for any liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

5. MEMBERSHIPS, BILLING AND RENEWALS

Access to premium content requires a paid membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the then-applicable interval and rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future rebilling but does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Tokens purchased for individual content unlocks or tips are sold as one-time purchases and are non-refundable once credited to your account, except as required by law.
Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment-card or cryptocurrency credentials on our servers.

6. CONDUCT

You agree that you shall not use Smoking Fetish Hub to: violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation; harass, threaten or harm any other person, including any model or performer; attempt to identify, contact, locate or stalk any model or performer outside the website; upload or transmit any software containing viruses or any other computer code designed to destroy, interrupt or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment; engage in fraudulent payment activity or bad-faith chargebacks; or use the website in any way that exposes Smoking Fetish Hub to criminal or civil liability. Smoking Fetish Hub shall have the right to determine what action is taken in the event of any violation of this Agreement, subject, in the case of decisions concerning content, to the review and appeal process described on our DMCA & Content Removal page.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE TO USE CONTENT

All content on the website is owned by Cosy King LLC or licensed to it by the creators and third-party producers who supply it, and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Content uploaded by verified creators remains the property of the creator concerned and is licensed to Smoking Fetish Hub for distribution under the Creator Agreement. Claims of intellectual-property infringement are handled under our DMCA policy. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view content for your personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active.

You may not: download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any content except as expressly enabled by the website's functionality; record, screen-capture, rip or redistribute any content by any means; use any automated system to access or harvest content; circumvent any access control, watermark or digital-rights-management measure; or share your account or login credentials with any other person. 8. MODELS AND PERFORMERS

Any attempt to contact, harass or identify a performer outside the website is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

9. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to Smoking Fetish Hub at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately. In the event Smoking Fetish Hub terminates your rights to use the website because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

11. WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Smoking Fetish Hub is accurate and current, and that you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the acts required of you hereunder. As a condition of using Smoking Fetish Hub, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy and its modifications. 14. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Smoking Fetish Hub, Cosy King LLC, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the website, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party right. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of the website.

15. ASSIGNMENT AND SEVERABILITY

This Agreement and any rights and licenses granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Smoking Fetish Hub without restriction. If any term, clause or provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other term, and such invalid term shall be deemed severed from this Agreement.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
