All content is uploaded by verified, contracted creators or licensed directly by the site, and every upload is reviewed by a human before publication. This page explains how to report content, how reports are handled, the rights of any person depicted in content on this site, and how copyright complaints are processed.

Part A — Content Removal & Complaints

1. How to Report Content

Anyone may report content they believe is illegal, non-consensual, involves a minor, or otherwise violates our standards or the standards of our payment processors. You do not need an account to file a report.

Report content through any of these channels:

Please include the URL of the content in question, the reason for the complaint, and, where relevant to a consent claim, information that helps us verify you are the person depicted or their authorized representative.

2. What Happens After You Report

Every complaint is acknowledged, reviewed, and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt.

The review process:

• We confirm receipt of your complaint.
• Content that is the subject of a complaint alleging non-consensual activity or the involvement of a minor is disabled immediately while the investigation takes place.
• We review the content against the complaint, our records (including creator verification documents, consent releases, and licensing agreements), and applicable law.
• We notify the complainant of the outcome, and the uploader where appropriate.

3. Rights of Persons Depicted in Content

Any person who appears in content on this site may request its removal at any time, through any reporting channel above. If our investigation determines that consent was not given, or that consent is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.

4. Appeals

If you disagree with the outcome of a review, you may appeal within thirty (30) days of our decision by replying through the same channel used to file the complaint. Appeals are re-reviewed taking into account any new information provided. Uploaders whose content has been removed may appeal on the same terms.

If a person depicted in content disagrees with the outcome of a consent-related review, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral third party, such as an accredited mediation or arbitration organization, at our expense.

5. Possible Outcomes

Depending on the findings of a review or appeal, outcomes may include:

• No violation found; content remains available or is restored.
• Permanent removal of the content from the platform.
• Warning, suspension, or permanent termination of the uploader's account.
• Referral to law enforcement and other appropriate authorities.

6. Zero Tolerance: Child Sexual Abuse Material

Any content depicting or appearing to depict a minor will be removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement. Associated accounts are permanently terminated.

7. Human Trafficking Statement

SmokingFetishHub and Cosy King LLC do not condone human sex trafficking in any form and maintain zero tolerance for trafficking, coercion, or exploitation. Any suspected instance of human trafficking will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Complaints concerning copyright infringement are handled under Part B below.

Part B — DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

Smoking Fetish Hub, operated by Cosy King LLC, respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), Smoking Fetish Hub will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to the designated copyright agent identified below. Please note that under Section 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Smoking Fetish Hub will promptly remove or disable access to the identified material. Where that material was uploaded by a creator, the creator concerned will be notified of the removal.

Counter-Notification

If material you provided was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the designated agent above.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Smoking Fetish Hub will terminate the accounts of creators, content partners or users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
